Must be outgoing, friendly and have strong communication/phone skills Daily duties will entail handling customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints as well as scheduling.
Researching required information using available resources.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
Following up complicated customer calls where required.

PREFERRED:
Minimum 1 year call center experience.
Computer Savvy High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be a people person and love what you do.
Must have the ability to work both in a team environment and independently to make quick decisions with confidence and calmness.
Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment and motivate others by possessing a positive attitude and disposition.
Must possess a high level of self-motivation, and have an excellent work ethic.
Must have solid computer skills including email, excel, and word.
