You will be responsible for answering phones, interacting with consumers, and entering distributor orders into our Oracle Netsuite software.

Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, and keying customer orders in addition to balancing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
They are expected to successfully communicate and coordinate with multiple departments, as well as be detail oriented, accurate and able to meet deadlines.
Position Responsibility:
Provide outstanding customer support by analyzing, processing, and responding to consumers, distributors and sales team needs.
Process orders and inquiries received via phone, fax, email, EDI and ITrade programs into Oracle Netsuite software.
Promote our products through effective sales support and ongoing relationships with customers.
Record consumer & distributor concerns.
Maintain customer account information, assuring efficient billing and maintenance of all related paperwork.
Performs high level of data entry tasks.
Assist with team initiatives as required.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational symposia; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, etc.
Satisfactory completion of appropriate corporate training as related to the position and/or department.
Assures compliance by following Food and Drug Agency's Good Manufacturing Practices as well as other regulatory standards as required by the department.
Contributes to overall achievement by accomplishing related tasks and demonstrating characteristics that exemplify team building and support.
Support administrative staff with managing visiting guests.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
1 year customer service experience required, 2
years' experience preferred Preferred but not required experience within the Oracle Netsuite software.
1 year data entry experience required Proficiency in MS Office applications a plus including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good oral and written communication skills, excellent phone etiquette Good organizational skills Ability to multitask Ability to work in a team environment Deadline and detail oriented High level of attention to detail Able to work flexible hours/shifts Education:
