This position is great for someone who has a strong customer service background , has strong communication skills, and has experience filing warranty claims Responsibilities and Requirements:
Filing all incoming warranty claims Following up with customers that have unsold estimates Offering extended warranties to qualified customer Admin work as needed Daily reporting Communicating with warehouse manager for parts ordering Service Titan experience a plus attends daily/weekly meetings Meeting monthly goals Assisting with phones calls for the department Commission and bonus available Maintains excellent communication skills to aid in customer service, employee relations, and administrative duties Exceptional customer service Efficient completion of data entry and is computer savvy Accurate electronic documentation Manage and maintain calendar and appointments Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in an office setting Able to remain calm under pressure during hectic periods of business Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail
