New Horizons is the largest mental health and addiction recovery provider on the Treasure Coast (and beyond), serving 15,000 children and adults annually through inpatient crisis services, 24-hour help line and mobile response team, and outpatient programs conveniently located across Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St.
Lucie counties.
In addition, New Horizons assists 22,000 students in area schools, and we work closely with the courts, law enforcement, jails, and hospitals to help improve the health of individuals and the quality of life in our community.
New Horizons is a nonprofit agency seeking a caring and compassionate Service Representative to provide client support for walk-ins and scheduled appointments in an outpatient office setting.
This is a full-time Monday-Friday position.
As a Service Representative your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the coordination of initial client contacts and the related intake processes.
Demonstrates consistency in performing this task from one office to another.
Responsible for client insurance setup in the electronic medical records system.
Serves as backup to telephone and digital communications regarding initial appointment scheduling.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Two years of clerical experience preferred.
Bilingual skills a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
