We are seeking an experienced Project manager with strong electrical engineering skills to join our team in Fort Pierce, Florida.
The successful candidate will have the following
Responsibilities:
Lead a team to complete assigned projects on time, accurately, efficiently and to specifications.
Meet with existing and potential new clients in order to bring in new business Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly.
Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
Conducts risk assessments; report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
Communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Insuring the implementing all safety rules, regulations, company policies and procedures ie:
the proper use of required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for a given task.
Communicate with customers when they need servicing and coordinate internally to complete customer request.
Take all incoming customer calls for their requests/issues and coordinate accordingly.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about a given project or product being developed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software Job Type:
