Summary:
We are looking for a teammate in the Parts and Service Department of the largest Golf Cart dealership on the Treasure Coast.
The teammate we hire will work closely with the Parts Manager and Service Writer to help with with stocking, invoicing, customer service, process and administration for smooth and efficient operation.
A well-qualified applicant should be a team player with excellent computer, customer service, and organizational skills and natural administrative competency.
Basic Daily Duties:
Maintains repair order flow of parts used in repair shop and supply of parts to shop technicians.
Help customers find parts and checkout services.
Coordinate golf cart pick-up and delivery drivers for efficient transportation and routing of drivers.
A program is provided to assist with routing and customer communication.
Check in parts shipments and stock shelves keeping inventory neat, and orderly.
Helps complete routine daily parts inventory cycle counts of a different shelf group each day.
Assist with customer status communication.
