Treasure Coast Lexus is looking for a Service Advisor / Director
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the customer's experience by providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone, text, email or in person that allow the dealership to provide a positive Lexus Guest Experience.
Provide our guest with detailed estimates for repairs and factory scheduled services.
Follow up with our guests throughout the day using advanced client contact software.
Ensure each Guest receives a full active delivery.
