com phone 772-882-8353 option 4 The primary responsibility of the Operations Manager is to ensure all dock employees are professionally trained to provide exceptional service to our members and maintain an impeccably clean and ship shape fleet.
This is a working position, and you will be inserted into the weekly work schedule and perform all duties required of the Operations Manager.
This is a full time, 40 hour per week position and compensation is salaried, plus a bonus for per month (see attached sheet).
In addition, all employees are offered a discounted boat club membership.
We are a Drug-Free Workplace and all candidates being considered will be required to consent to a full criminal and credit background screening.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Hire, train, and supervise all dock level personnel to ensure our members receive the highest level of service at all club locations Develop weekly dock staff schedule to maximize efficiency.
Monthly meeting with all dock hands, printed agenda to be signed by all attended.
Perform a 60-day evaluation meeting with all new hires to ensure all best practices are followed to provide consistent service as detailed in our dock manual Provide the Red Carpet Treatment our members deserve.
Establishing specific member meet and greet procedures in addition to boarding and disembarking procedures Develop a weekly schedule to ensure all boats are receiving a routine weekly cleaning as detailed in the manual Submit work orders to the technician to ensure all fleet needs are being addressed in a timely manner and keep up with daily member surveys to discover work needed on boats.
Make a repair order for all repairs and maintenance Handle warranty claims and track completion.
Schedule maintenance and repair dates for boats, in conjunction with the owner Meeting every Friday @ 9:
30 am have a list of repairs performed and needed Monthly inventory of boat supplies, maintenance supplies, and all bottom painting and gel coat repairs needed based on upcoming services, repairs, and maintenance.
Schedule New and Sold boats for bottom painting and gel coat repairs.
Follow up on quality of work.
Follow up to make sure flushes are completed on each boat once a month Order needed parts.
Investigate member misconduct and submit all incident reports to the main office.
Correspond with members on all dock related issues including, but not limited to complaints, fuel disputes, vessel damages and miscellaneous dock charges (must keep up with all phone calls and messages).
Oversee and track fuel logs and vessel fueling in Fleetio and track fuel receipts from marina Register boats at DMV Driver training, trailering Gantry training Pick up boats from manufacturer, or meet delivery driver Back up on boat maintenance.
Set up boats for sale, detailing maintenance, etc.

Online Mercury training Acquaint yourself with local marina managers/harbor masters and promote a positive working relationship in all marinas Ensure that all dock staff are following proper protocol regarding prospective members so they can be compensated for their efforts.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
