Essential duties:
To perform successfully, all duties must be completed accurately in a timely manner.
Production team assists the Table Leader within the assembly of Roof Trusses with processes such as lifting and carrying lumber, insertion of materials, cutting material, plating, clamping, fitting parts, labeling, stacking, and the use of hand tools such as hammers and other machinery.
Other duties as assigned.
No supervisory responsibilities.
No travel.
Paid Production Training Program is the first week, from Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5:
30 PM, where you will receive hands on training, safety training, company and culture training.
Regular work schedules begin the following week if you graduate Production Training Week! Requirements and Skills:
Construction, Carpentry, and General Labor experience preferred, but not required-Training program offered.
High School graduate preferred, but not required.
Must be Drug & Alcohol Free-We are a Drug & Alcohol-Free Facility Authorized to work in the U.
S.
Must be fluent in English or Spanish.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a manufacturing site environment.
Exposure to inclement weather and loud noise, all work will be performed outside.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time.
Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
It requires close vision, and depth perception three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships.
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, talk and hear.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Full-Time, non-exempt position (no part-time) Day Shift Monday-Friday, 5:
30 AM-3 PM, Mandatory alternating Saturdays, 5:
30 AM-2 PM Night Shift Alternating week schedules Monday-Friday, 3:
30 PM-2 AM, 50 Hour Work Week Monday-Thursday, 3:
30 PM-2 AM and Friday, 3:
30 PM-9 PM, 45 Hour Work Week No Saturdays Personal Protective Equipment:
Must wear Safety Attire at all times:
Steel Toe or Composite Shoes, Safety Glasses, and Uniform shirts.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
