matching Life Insurance Essential duties Performs a variety of routine and semi-skilled tasks involving general maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds.
Provide constant oversight and manage the upkeep of various electrical systems, mechanical systems, production machinery, office equipment, and plumbing.
Ensures all building systems are running at optimal efficiency.
Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems with the facility.
Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.
Maintains inventory of supplies.
Assist higher-level technicians.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Education, Competencies, and Personal Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to maintain positive professional relationships with co-workers and leadership.
Knowledge of mobile phones and applications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment:
This role operates in a manufacturing environment where you must adhere to all safety requirements.
Physical Demands:
This role will be required to talk, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment and utilizes chemicals necessary for janitorial disinfecting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Full-Time, non-exempt position Night Shift 3:
30 PM-2 AM.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
