This family style buffet restaurant has been setting the bar with outstanding customer service for 40 over 40 years. We are growing with new locations on the East Coast and are one of the most recognized chains with several hundred stores across the country.
To maintain our success, we're seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager that's dedicated to making sure our customers have a great time whenever they visit. You would be responsible for the overall Back of the House operations at one of our Fort Pierce area locations. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a high drive to succeed.
REQUIREMENTS
2
years of current Full Service Restaurant Kitchen/Back of the House Management experience
High volume background; must have management experience in restaurants doing over $2.5 million in sales per year
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing Back of the House employees
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
