Title of Position: Assistant Manager
Job Description: As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable for our guests. The Assistant Manager will ensure operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained in the restaurant. As the Assistant Manager you will be in charge of producing optimal restaurant financial results, outstanding guest service and food quality. The Assistant Manager will provide the restaurant management team with opportunities for growth and development.

The Assistant Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2
years
A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Assistant Manager
A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
The Assistant Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
